We want you to book with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for consultations and audits booked on tinyshield.in.
You can reschedule your consultation or audit free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll move you to the next available time. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability.
Consultations and audits are paid services. Their fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Under our introductory offer, and for the first 50 homes only, 50% of the fee paid is credited against the baby-proofing package you subsequently engage from us. That credit is applied to the final package invoice, is not redeemable for cash, and is not payable if no package is engaged. See our Terms.
If we need to cancel or are unable to deliver your booked service, you'll be offered a full refund or a reschedule at no cost.
Where you engage us to supply and install safety products, an advance (typically 75% of the contract value) is required to procure materials and lock the installation date, with the balance payable on completion. Should you wish to cancel after materials have been procured, any refund of the advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion, having regard to materials procured and costs already incurred. These engagements are governed by the separate Home Safety Service Agreement.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment gateway partner, typically within 5–7 business days. Timelines to reflect in your account depend on your bank.
